We have modern bullion coins as well as certified coins in an effort to appeal to collectors of all budgets and price ranges. If there is a particular coin that you are looking for that does not appear on our site, please contact us and we will work with you to locate the coin at the fairest possible price. If you are hesitant to contact us, please check back often as we are constantly turning over our inventory and adding new items frequently.

Because we deal only in modern commemorative coins and bullion purchased directly from the various mints or mint wholesalers, there is no subjectivity in grading of these type coins. We also sell certified coins from PCGS or NGC which provides objective 3rd party grading services on collectible coins. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the quality of your purchases, you can return your purchase for a refund or replacement if existing inventory still exists as long as the items are returned in the same condition as sent out.  For our raw/uncertified coins, we tend to be somewhat conservative in our grading and follow common grading standards.  If we believe a coin to have been altered, we will note that fact.

If there are any known defects such spotting or toning, we make every attempt to inform the perspective buyer of known defects on the web site itself. We take great care in our shipments to minimize any potential damage to the coins during shipment. 

All of our modern bullion coins that do not come from the mint already sealed are shipped in air-tite capsules. We have found that shipping coins in plastic flips tends to allow the coins to slide around during shipment. This sliding of the coin during shipment leaves noticeable scratches on the coin's surface. This is particularly noticeable on gold coins with mirrored backgrounds.

Buyer Protection:

During the checkout process, you will have the option to purchase a bond through BuySafe to guarantee our delivery of your purchase. This 3^rd party bonding guarantees our delivery to you of the products listed on our website. With each bonded transaction, the buyer is given 30 days of identity theft protection when a BuySafe bond is purchased.

For every order greater than $50.00, insurance is purchased through the USPS or a 3rd Party Shipping Insurer on the shipment thereby protecting your purchase while in transit. Should something happen to your package during shipment, we must wait 30 days to file a lost shipment claim. If the shipment is damaged during the course of shipment, we will provide for return shipment and a full refund or replacement should there be existing stock.

Return/refund Policy:

If on the off chance you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your purchase within 14 days of receipt of your item for a full refund or replacement item(s) of equal value as long as the item is returned in the same condition as originally shipped. Upon receipt of the returned item, a full refund for the purchase costs or replacement costs will be made within 2 business days plus any charges incurred for return shipping. Our only request is that you notify us prior to returning purchases for shipping instructions and tracking information.

Any products sold in their original mint packaging must be returned in the original mint packaging.

Inventory:

Our web site is fully integrated with our inventory and is real-time. Items as shown on our site will never be shown as being "In Stock" when currently back-ordered. By selecting the item detail, inventory levels will be shown for each item. If more than 20 items are in stock, the listing will only show the item as "In Stock". If we don't have the item in stock, it will be listed as "Sold Out".

If you do not find an item you are looking for on our web-site, please let us know. We will certainly do our best to find that item at the most reasonable price we can. If you are looking for an item, there are certainly others seeking the same item.

Ordering and Shipment:

Because we can accept orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, we can begin fulfilling those orders immediately. Whether you are a collector or investing in precious metals, being able to touch and hold your purchase provides a thrill no other investment can provide. We are linked electronically with the USPS and use their pricing for determination of the shipping and handling costs.

Upon placement of an order, an e-mail confirming receipt of your order will be sent to the e-mail address provided with your order. All orders will be shipped USPS unless otherwise requested. Upon shipment, an e-mail will be sent to you providing you with the tracking number for your order. All items shipped are discreetly packaged to ensure the contents inside are not revealed. Our return address does not indicate valuables are contained inside of the packaging.

For many single coin orders, USPS 1st Class Mail is the least expensive method of shipment and the package normally arrives within 3-4 business days.  If you select USPS Priority Mail, we will use one of the postal service's flat rate boxes.  For orders over $1000.00, we will normally ship these packages USPS Registered Mail and delivery will normally be within 5-7 business days.

• Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
• Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.
• “These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.”
• “We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as ‘gifts’ - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.”
